About ME
I’m a 21-year-old computer science student at Reykjavík University, currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree. My passion for computers and how they work has driven me throughout my life. Alongside my studies, I’ve been playing the piano since I was a kid and have dabbled in music production. I also used to edit videos when I was younger, so I have experience in a variety of creative fields, all centered around creating things with a computer.
I am a committed student and take great pride in my academic achievements and technical skills. As a backend developer, I excel at crafting creative and efficient solutions, with extensive experience in Python and Node.js. I primarily manage databases using PostgreSQL, though I have also worked with MongoDB. While backend development is my specialty, I’ve also designed several front-end applications, a process I find both challenging and enjoyable. My goal is to deepen my expertise in web and mobile development by mastering React and React Native to expand my skill set further.
